Gold Service

  • Free technical phone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
  • Free remote access support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
  • Guaranteed 4-hour emergency response time; 24-hour response to non-emergencies.
  • Free VPI software upgrades.
  • Free replacement parts (voice cards, disk drives, power supplies, fans, etc.).
  • Free on-site labor including all associated costs.
  • Free loaner unit during offsite repairs to existing system.
  • No freight charges.
Standard Service
  • Free technical phone support Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
  • Free remote access support Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
  • Guaranteed 24-hour response time Monday through Friday .
  • Free VPI software upgrades.
  • Free replacement parts (voice cards, disk drives, power supplies, fans, etc.).
  • 35% discount off VPI current standard labor rates for hourly on-site labor, no minimum hour requirement.
  • Freight charges for the return of defective equipment are the Client's responsibility. VPI will pay for all warranty service shipping charges to Client's site.

Software Service
  • Free VPI software upgrades.
  • Free technical phone support Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
  • Free remote access support Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
  • Guaranteed 24-hour response time Monday through Friday.
