Demand Exceptional Solutions
Financial traders have unique communications needs. To gain
a competitive trading advantage they routinely use four to
eight displays, multi-processing PCs, and multiple phone lines
simultaneously. Custom telephone instruments such as turrets
and hoot ‘n’ holler systems provide traders with
instant access to a wide range of external lines.
This is a high stress, multi-channel environment, where fractions
of a second can have a sharp impact on profitability. It’s
not surprising that financial organizations are increasingly
turning to full-time voice recording not only for compliance
purposes, but to protect themselves from unnecessary litigation.
The stakes are incredibly high – and this is where VPI turret recording and hoot ‘n’ holler recording
comes in!
VPI recording systems integrate seamlessly with today’s
leading turret, hoot ‘n’ holler, and intercom
systems from industry leaders such as IPC and Speakerbus.
VPI & Speakerbus Hoot ‘n’ Holler

always open during system runtime. Any number of users
may listen to a broadcast call. Any number of users may
talk to this broadcast call at any time. |
| |
Local Group Call - a one-to-many call where the
calling user sets up a group call by dialing the group
call number. |
| |
Talk to Mixing Group Call - a user initiates
a group call where a listener may talk to this same open
call by pressing the correct intercom module button. |
