Voice Print Changes Company Name to VPI
New Name Reflects Success and Expansion of Company’s Suite of Interactions Recording and Workforce Optimization Solutions

Camarillo, CA – October 31, 2006 – Voice Print International, (, a world leader in the development of innovative, integrated interactions recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solutions, today announced it has changed its corporate name to VPI.

Founded in 1994, Voice Print quickly earned a solid reputation for developing the industry's most advanced full time voice recording technologies. More than a decade later, the company now offers Activ! Performance Suite TM – a comprehensive, award-winning suite of interactions recording and WFO solutions used by organizations worldwide. An acronym of the original name, VPI shifts the emphasis from one single technology to reflect the broad scope of the company's product line.

“We have experienced tremendous growth over the years while consistently developing some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry,” said Chris Morrissey, vice president of sales and marketing at VPI. “It became apparent some time ago that we had out-grown our company name – Voice Print is no longer appropriate considering the extensive array of technologies that we now offer our customers. From quality monitoring and customer survey solutions to performance management and automated agent coaching, we provide a complete suite of contact center solutions, not just voice recording.”

VPI recently added several new technologies to Activ! Performance Suite™, which is now considered to be one of the most advanced, all-inclusive suites of WFO solutions available today. The company's modular approach gives organizations of all sizes the opportunity to adopt capabilities that were previously only cost-effective for very large enterprises – they can select the best-of-breed solutions they really need and choose to add additional applications as they grow and evolve.

The emergence of integrated, modular workforce optimization solutions has been recognized as a positive development by Jim Davies, principal research analyst at Gartner, who observed that, “the value of a unified WFO solution far outweighs that of the siloed functional components.”

VPI has also relocated its corporate office to a larger facility in Camarillo, California. The new office, specially designed for VPI, houses senior sales and marketing management and is also home to VPI's renowned programming and engineering groups.
