Why VPI?

Call Recording Software Resources

We’re a different kind of software company. We partner with our customers to ensure their success – delivering software that gets the job done, not shelf wear. Our products are extraordinary examples of American ingenuity combined with roll-up-your-sleeves hard work, collaboration and purpose. Solving problems on white boards excites us. Writing code and delivering innovative features thrills us. Winning the industry’s top award feels like an Oscar.

We believe in the core values that guide our customer-focused culture and success. We’re intentionally innovative, authentic, competent, accountable and collaborative.

We need people who thrive on giving outstanding customer service, go the extra mile, empathize with customers’ issues, and seek career advancement based on outstanding accomplishments. We are not (yet) the largest company in our industry, but that means we are also not arrogant and bigheaded – we are flexible, creative and driven to do what it takes to satisfy our customers’ business issues. Project management and technical support sessions across several time zones in the middle of the night are fine with us because we don’t quit until we get the job done. We build trust while we build relationships.

We go after world-class talent and relentlessly support one another in a casual, interactive environment. Our expectations are extremely high and we hold ourselves accountable – to our customers and to each other. We encourage creative ideas and actively listen to our people. We’re seriously productive without being too serious. A family friendly organization, VPI supports work-life balance as a necessity not a catch phrase.

If our truths align with yours, we’d love to have you join our team of incredibly real people.
