Account Executive

The VPI sales team is growing at a rapid pace. We currently seek an Account Executive to successfully sell to and bring in new clients on a monthly basis. Account Executives must be comfortable and effective with prospecting from targeted lists, cold calling, hosting online product demonstrations, and using excellent interpersonal & technical skills to achieve sales goals. 

The successful candidate will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area, and collaborate with other sales team members on closing sales.

A BA/BS degree is required, in addition to 2-10 years of inside sales experience including at least 2 years of business-to-business software or technology sales against quota (call center related technologies a plus) .  Experience cold calling, giving web product demonstrations and using a CRM system are also required.   Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the ability to travel when necessary.  Marketing automation experience is preferred.

C# Software Developer-Professional Services

As a C# Software Developer with one of the industry leaders in voice and data technologies, you will play an important role in the design, development and maintenance of VPI internal systems critical to providing information and analytics to management.

This is a temporary, full-time position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position in the future.

The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years’ development experience with C# and VB.NET building real-time and near-real-time systems, multithreading and service level application design and creation.  Must have a good understanding of MS SQL for data access and storage.  He or she will also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with focus on quality of service.  Strong oral/written English communication skills are also required.

VPI is growing its channel sales team! We're seeking a sales professional with proven experience managing channel sales teams to lead channel sales growth with VPI's business partners in North America.   This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase our award-winning workforce optimization (WFO), call recording and quality monitoring products and services. This position requires 5+ years of relevant channel software sales experience for complex solution sales to C-level executives, ability to assess customer requirements, articulate value propositions and promote the sale of VPI's software and service offerings.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and contact management software (SUGAR, Act, Salesforce.com, Goldmine.) Bachelor's degree plus work experience in a similar environment are highly desirable.   Familiarity with VPI's industry, products and line of business a plus.

The ideal candidate will work with the VPI sales team from our Southern California headquarters. We are open to telecommuting from home for a superb candidate residing in Southern California or the Western United States. Approximately 60-75% travel will be required, including occasional visits to the corporate office.

This is a full-time contract position that may convert to a full-time regular employment position within six (6) months for candidates who demonstrate superior sales skills, ability to grasp VPI product line, and overall industry knowledge.

Come join our exceptional Help Desk team of professional, experienced customer support specialists to provide superior phone support to global customers of our award-winning suite of voice/data software products!

We are seeking two (2) qualified candidates who have 2+ years of technology support experience with enterprise software voice and data solutions, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism under pressure assisting high profile customers to resolve and document software and system issues.  Requires troubleshooting skills with software, hardware configurations, drivers, integrations, networks, cabling, security and telephony.  Microsoft, Cisco voice or Network Essentials certifications desired. SQL knowledge a plus.  After training, position may travel domestically for additional training or to perform onsite installs at customer sites.   Positions are based at our Camarillo, CA corporate office.

Bi-lingual Spanish and some supervisory experience would be considered valuable to this position and to potential growth within the company. 

All customer support personnel must undergo fingerprinting and background checking, as required by our financial and government customers.  Although VPI does have many non-financial and government customers, these positions require applicants with clear criminal records.
