What type of user and system administrator training is provided? How many hours? During what hours of the day?
Immediately after installation, VPI trains the system administrators. User and Administrator training usually takes 2 to 4 hours during or after regular business hours (at your discretion.)
What type and how many user and administrative manuals are provided with the system? What is the cost for additional manuals?
VPI will supply both, a hard copy and an electronic (.pdf) copy of the user and administrator manual. From these master copies, you may reproduce as many manuals as you desire at no additional charge from VPI.
Are user and administrative manuals available in magnetic media?
Yes. This documentation can be provided on magnetic media if required.
Can user and administrative manuals be changed/customized by the user for training purposes?
Yes. VPI permits clients to change or customize this documentation for training purposes.
