What is the standard testing period for your product?

VPI's server systems are burned-in for extended period of time before final configuration to assure seamless operation at your location. The average burn-in time is 5 days before configuration and delivery to the end user.

For what period of time will you guarantee your hardware and software under warranty?

We guarantee our hardware and software under a one-year warranty or longer, depending on your selection from a variety of options provided with the system quotation.

What is VPI's response time to attend on-site to all critical repair requests?

With any reported service condition, immediate remote diagnostics are initiated – in 75% of all cases, the situation can be promptly resolved via the remote means. If the issue is hardware related and requires on-site service assistance, the response time is determined based on severity. Please refer to our documentation for definitions of severity levels and associated response time commitments.
