The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin are an Algonquin speaking people and the oldest living residents, going back 10,000 years, in a place that is now called Wisconsin. The People received their name Menominee, “Wild Rice People”, from neighboring Algonquin relatives. The Menominee culture formed a Clan system to address issues vital to the survival of the community.

The Menominee Tribal PD believes in investing in the highest level of technology in order to protect the residents of the Menominee Indian Reservation of Keshena, Wisconsin. Committed to quality service with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism and community spirit, the Police Department is required by statute to keep and preserve the peace and serve the public.

The Menominee Tribal Police Department realized they had a need for voice recording equipment and wanted to invest in the most reliable and flexible recording equipment available on the market to unfailingly record and store their emergency response calls.
