the addition of VPI’s state-of-the-art
voice alarm monitoring and dispatch recording technology,
MASterMind™ users can search for and retrieve
call recordings directly from their workstation. Searches
can be based upon various criteria, including call disposition,
agent ID, date, time, or any of a number of custom tags.
The integration delivers a true client/server relationship
– the call records are stored on the VPI
server where the powerful SQL database provides lightning-fast
search and retrieval. Users can access call records
via the “Event History” window directly
from the MASterMind™ interface, or from the intuitive
VPI Client interface. VPI’s proven

- full time, all the time. Built for fault-tolerance,
the rugged Activ! Voice platform comes standard
with three (3) fans, four (4) power supplies, two
(2) network cards, and dual (2) RAID1 hard drives
– all redundant and hot-swappable –
with the option to upgrade our standard RAID 1 configuration
to RAID 5 or RAID 10. Because they are redundant,
if one fails, the others keep the system running.
Hot-swappable means you can pull out and replace
a failed component while your dispatch logger continues

criteria you need (such as date, time, Caller ID, channel,
call direction, number dialed, custom tags or annotations,
etc.) and Activ! Voice instantly displays just the calls
matching your criteria. Click again to select the particular
call(s) you want, and instantly copy, email or playback
that call directly from the screen. If the call is archived
on removable media, Activ! Voice dispatch recorder tells
you exactly where (i.e. “Insert Media #1004”)!

Channel upgrades come in increments of 8 or 16 channels
for analog and digital, for unlimited total number of
recording channels. Recording servers can be implemented
locally or across multiple sites for thousands of recording
channels! Unlimited instant-access and archival storage
capacity for recorded calls can easily by added as well,
with support for any standard storage device recognized
by Windows 2000 or 2003, including NAS (Network Attached
Storage) devices. Custom add-on capabilities and integrations
are also possible, using Activ! Voice’s free API
and Active X toolkit.

or any PC on your network, you can view the status of
the system, playback calls, run reports, evaluate dispatchers
and (if authorized) administer the system, making configuration
changes to user access rights, system alarms, and other

across the country at a conference, with VPI’s
optional e.Net Client
and access to the internet, you’ll have secure
access to your Activ! Voice dispatch recording system.

IQ you can create your own forms. Because both the calls
and the corresponding evaluation data are saved for
instant retrieval, when you sit down with your dispatcher,
