With Instant Recall, public safety call takers, dispatchers and their supervisors can instantly playback the most recent calls or radio transmissions with the click of a mouse. This invaluable tool is very simple to use and configure, with no built-in limits for the amount of recordings that can be configured for access via Instant Recall. For convenience, upon login, users automatically receive a list of the most recent recordings with associated attributes, up to the extent of the user's rights.
