Three Partner Levels to Choose From

The VPI Channel Partner Program provides partners with a broad array of benefits and resources to help you grow your business and support your customers. Your benefits and degree of access will vary according to your partner level as outlined below. VPI's Channel Partner Program offers a three-tier model, with each tier featuring unique eligibility requirements and a range of benefits.



Tier 1: Elite
(Sales Certified)

Channel Partners who are interested in taking advantage of VPI's established processes (Sales, Project Management, Installation, Training and Support teams) can become Elite Partners.

 
The ease with which VPI can add and modify their solutions to match growing industry demands is a competitive advantage and Replay Systems is proud to be able to offer this to our customers. We believe VPI has the technologies that managers and IT professionals in the contact center environment are looking for.

Elite Partners will have the VPI Channel Sales team available for pre-sales and demo support, and once the deal is signed – the VPI project management team will take over and provide full service support for the customer project, including documentation obtainment, installation (and, if applicable, training) dates as well as transfer of customer to support team post install. Elite Partners will need only complete the Sales Certification course, which is included with the channel partner program. The Product Training is recommended so that your sales force is best equipped to quickly identify, qualify, and close sales! Elite partners will have access to marketing collateral, marketing development funds (MDF), sales tools, “Lunch and Learns” opportunities, regularly scheduled product and demo centric Webinars and access to the VPI Partner Support site. If a solution demo is desired, Elite partners will be able to, for a nominal fee, register for Product Certification and qualify for their own Activ! Performance Suite demo software.

If at any point Elite Partners would like to upgrade their status to Select or Premier, all they will need to do is register for and complete the necessary training certification courses.

Tier 2: Select (Sales and Installation Certified)

Channel Partners who are interested in increasing their margins on each sale by offering additional services can take advantage of our Select Partner status. Select Partners will have the VPI Channel Sales team available for pre-sales and demo support. Select Partners will be responsible for completing VPI's “Sales, Product and Technical Certification” courses on all products they wish to sell and install.

Select partner will qualify for all marketing collateral, sales demo and tools, marketing development funds (MDF), as well as “Lunch and Learns” opportunities, regularly scheduled product and demo centric Webinars and access to the VPI Partner Support site.

Select Partners may still request/purchase remote installation support on specific opportunities, and on all sales customers/end users will utilize the VPI Support team once the install is complete.

If at any point Select Partners would like to upgrade their status to Premier, all they will need to do is register for this designation.

Level 3: Premier(Sales, Installation and Support Certified)

Channel Partners who are interested in maximizing the additional services they can provide with VPI Solutions can take advantage of our Premier Partner status. Premier Partners will be responsible for completing VPI's “Sales, Product, and Technical Certification” program on all products they wish to sell and support.

Premier partners will qualify for all marketing collateral, sales demo and tools, marketing development funds (MDF), as well as “Lunch and Learns” opportunities, regularly scheduled product and demo centric Webinars and access to the VPI Partner Support site.

All Premier Partners will have completed Technical Certification training provided by VPI and the required install shadow session.

Premier partners will provide “end to end” service to their customers, utilizing the VPI team as additional support (Tier 3) or expertise only upon request/purchase.
